Akina Camp is an outreach to Native American students from Minneapolis, Mille Lacs, White Earth, and Ball Club. Camp is an opportunity for at-risk students to have space to connect with Jesus. We keep camp numbers smaller because we want to reach the individual student. Join us for this life changing week!
Location: The Woods at Lake Placid – 4503 Red River Trail SW, Pillager, MN
Dates: Usually the 3rd week of July.
Who can serve? Men, women, families, and even junior counselors starting at 7th grade.
Where would you serve? Counselor or Jr. Counselor, Kitchen Staff, Nurse, Behavior Specialist, Waterfront, Activity and Crafts. Have just one day? Join us on either the setup day or cleanup day.
Suggested Donation: Your gift of $150 would cover a portion of your expenses while at camp. Your gift will allow us to use the donations for Akina towards the ministry to kids.
